Born and raised in the state of Iowa, Brad grew up on a farm in a small town playing sports and helping his dad farm. Brad can always find a way to make work fun. He and his brothers would mow baselines in the yard for a few baseball games after the mowing was finished.

Brad graduated from the University of Northern Iowa, majoring in Electronic Media and minoring in Economics. While at UNI, Brad found an internship with KWWL-TV in Waterloo, and worked his way into the producer chair of a Sunday night sports show.
For three and half years Brad worked full-time at KOEL Radio in Oelwein, Iowa as Program Director/Farm Director/Sports Director. Brad enjoyed covering farm shows, fairs, and meeting area producers during the day and covering the local high school sporting events in the evening. Brad has won numerous awards for his on-air work at KOEL Radio including two First Place awards for Best Sportscast from the Iowa Associated Press.

Brad resides in Waterloo, with his wife Molly and daughters Addison and Ava.

Not many kids know what they want to do with their life when they are five years old. Eric Braley is the exception. Growing up in a family with a video camera, Eric spent his childhood hosting TV shows, announcing sporting events and anchoring the neighborhood news with his friends. When it was time to decide what he wanted to study in college, the answer was simple: Telvision/Radio.

Eric earned his BFA and MFA at the University of Northern Iowa where he announced sporting events and hosted/produced programs for TV and Radio. He has received numerous awards from the Iowa Broadcasters Association, Iowa Broadcast News Association and the College Sports Information Directors Association. He has done freelance work for the Iowa High School Sports Network, University of Northern Iowa Sports Radio Network, FOX-TV and ESPN. Eric also teaches Oral Communication for the UNI Communications Department.

Eric resides in Waterloo, with his wife Rachel and cat Hayes.

Since birth Michael has always had a unique perspective on life. He is always looking at things in a different way, whether they be problems or something as simple as a box. As a child he would often open up a Christmas present and just toss it to the side to see what he could create out of the box it came in. Fortunately for him, his parents never wrapped empty boxes, and he still got his toys.

Since then Michael has received his degree in Electronic Media from the University of Northern Iowa. Michael spent several years working at the City of Cedar Falls Cable Division before he became an Editor at the Mudd Group. Michael joined the ATCP team in August of 2006.

He currently resides in Cedar Falls with his dog Arnold.
